【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaprocedurefortheverificationofdryfilmthicknessagainstnominaldryfilmthicknessonroughsurfaces,includingtheadjustmentoftheinstrumentsused,thedefinitionofinspectionareas,samplingplans,measurementmethodsandacceptance/rejectioncriteria.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,anyspecifiedthicknessistakentobenominalasdefinedinISO12944-5andthedryfilmthicknessisthetypicalthicknessabovethepeaksofthesurfaceprofile.TheproceduredescribedinthisInternationalStandardisbasedontheuseofinstrumentsofthepermanentmagnetandinductivemagnettype.Instrumentsareadjustedtozeroandaknownthicknessonasmoothsurface.Measurementstakenonacoatingonaroughenedsteelsubstratewillthereforebehigherthantheactualvalueabovethepeaksoftheprofile.Thethicknessofthedryfilmabovethepeaksoftheprofileisdefinedastheinstrumentreadingminusanappropriatecorrectionvalue.Thedryfilmthicknessisobtainedbyusingtheappropriatecorrectionvalueappliedtoreadingsbasedonadjustmentonasmooth,flat,steelsurface.Whereindividualreadings,basedonadjustmentonasmooth,flatsteelsurfacewithouttheuseofcorrectionvalues,arespecifiedoragreed,itisimportanttorecognisethatthismethoddoesnotconformwiththisInternationalStandard.Thisstandardisapplicableifthenominaldryfilmthicknessis40μmorgreater.NOTEIfthenominalthicknessislessthanthesurfaceroughnessofthesubstratetheuncertaintyofthemeasurementwillincrease.
