【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgeneralrequirementsintendedtofacilitatetheprocurementandsupplyofsteamturbinesandgasexpansionturbinesprimarilyforindustrialapplications.ThisInternationalStandardshouldserveasabasisforanyapplicationalthough,forspecialapplications,supplementaryspecificationsmayalsoberequired,forexampleforgeneralandspecialpurposeindustrialsteamturbinesusedinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoaxial-andradial-flowindustrial-typeturbines(steamturbinesandgasexpansionturbines).Itspecifiesthebasicrequirementsforsingle-stageandmulti-stageimpulseorreactionturbines,whicharenotsparedorareincriticalservice.Inaddition,thisInternationalStandardalsospecifiessomerequirementsfordrivenmachines,gearunits,lubricationandsealingsystems,controls,instrumentationandauxiliaryunitsforturbineplants.ExceptionstotherequirementslaiddowninthisInternationalStandardmaybeagreedbetweenthepurchaserandsupplier.NOTE1Whichstandardistobeappliedintheindividualcaseisthedecisionofthepurchaser.Forinstance,thepurchaserofagenerator-drivingturbineconnectedtothepublicnetworkwillgenerallyberesponsibleforcomplyingwiththetechnicalrequirementsofthepublicnetworkregardlesswhichstandardisspecified.Ifthepurchaserofagenerator-drivingturbineisalsotheoperatorofthepublicnetworkorifhe/sheisthesupplierofanindependentpowerproducer(IPP),he/sheusuallyspecifiestheapplicationofIEC60045-1.NOTE2FurtherstandardsonindustrialsteamturbinesforthePetroleumandNaturalGasIndustriesareISO10436andISO10437.InformationonotherrelevantInternationalStandardsisgiveninthebibliography.NOTE3Abullet●attheedgeofthetextindicatesthateitheradecisionisrequiredorfurtherinformationistobeprovidedbythepurchaser.Thisinformationshouldbeindicatedonthedatasheets(see"Introduction'')otherwiseitshouldbestatedinthequotationrequestorinthetender.
