【摘要】:ThispartofISO75specifiesthreemethods,usingdifferentvaluesofconstantflexuralstress,thatcanbeusedforthedeterminationofthetemperatureofdeflectionunderloadofplastics(includingfilledplasticsandfibre-reinforcedplasticsinwhichthefibrelength,priortoprocessing,isupto7,5mm)andebonite:—methodA,usingaflexuralstressof1,80MPa;—methodB,usingaflexuralstressof0,45MPa;—methodC,usingaflexuralstressof8,00MPa.ThestandarddeflectionAsusedtodeterminethetemperatureofdeflectionunderloadcorrespondstoaflexural-strainincreaseAqdefinedinthispartofISO75.TheinitialflexuralstrainduetotheloadingofthespecimenatroomtemperatureisneitherspecifiednormeasuredinthispartofISO75.Theratioofthisflexural-straindifferencetotheinitialflexuralstraindependsonthemodulusofelasticity,atroomtemperature,ofthematerialundertest.Thismethodisthereforeonlysuitableforcomparingthetemperaturesofdeflectionofmaterialswithsimilarroom-temperatureelasticproperties.NOTEThemethodsgivebetterreproducibilitywithamorphousplasticsthanwithsemi-crystallineones.Withsomematerials,itmaybenecessarytoannealthetestspecimenstoobtainreliableresults.Annealingprocedures,ifused,generallyresultinanincreaseinthetemperatureofdeflectionunderload(see6.6).Foradditionalinformation,seeISO75-1:2004,clause1.
