【摘要】:ThispartofISO14713providesguidelinesandrecommendationsregardingthegeneralprinciplesofdesignwhichareappropriateforarticlestobehotdipgalvanizedforcorrosionprotection.Theprotectionaffordedbythehotdipgalvanizedcoatingtothearticlewilldependuponthemethodofapplicationofthecoating,thedesignofthearticleandthespecificenvironmenttowhichthearticleisexposed.Thehotdipgalvanizedarticlecanbefurtherprotectedbyapplicationofadditionalcoatings(outsidethescopeofthispartofISO14713),suchasorganiccoatings(paintsorpowdercoatings).Whenappliedtohotdipgalvanizedarticles,thiscombinationofcoatingsisoftenknownasa“duplexsystem”.TheguidelinesandrecommendationsinthispartofISO14713donotdealwiththemaintenanceofcorrosionprotectioninserviceforsteelwithhotdipgalvanizedcoatings.GuidanceonthissubjectcanbefoundinISO12944-5.Specificproduct-relatedrequirements(e.g.forhotdipgalvanizedcoatingsontubesorfasteners,etc.)willtakeprecedenceoverthesegeneralrecommendations.
