【摘要】:Thisdocumentestablishesthetop-level"containers"forTPEGmessagesinXMLandthecommondatatypesthatareusedbytpegMLapplications(e.g.tpeg-ptiML).InherentlytpegMLisdesignedto"map"TPEGBinary(ISO/TS18234series),howeveradditionaltagsareprovidedtocreateamessageandmessagesetstructuretofacilitateinternetfiledelivery.TheTPEGapplicationsareintendedtoconveyinformationtoend-users.Theinformationprovidedrelatestoeventandstatusinformationontransportnetworksandonassociatedinfrastructureaffectingajourney.Forexample,limitedinformationaboutabnormaloperationoflinksinthenetworkmaybeincluded,suchasferries,lifting-bridges,etc.TheTPEGapplicationshavethebroadobjectivetoallowthegenerationofTrafficandTravelInformation(TTI)messages,fordeliverytotheend-userbyoneormorebearers.AhierarchicalmethodologyhasbeendevelopedtoallowthecreationofmessagesfromasetofTPEGtables,whichareessentiallyword-orientedandcovermostneeds.TheseTPEGtables(essentiallyword-orienteddataobjectdictionaries)compriseawiderangingabilitytodescribeaTTIeventandsomestatusinformation,introducingnewprecisioninanumberofareassuchas"Vehicletypes","Positionalinformationonthecarriageway"and"Diversionroutingadvice".Itisvital,forfurtherunderstandingofthisdocument,tohavemorethanapassingunderstandingoftheTPEGbinaryspecificationswhichdescribe,amongotherthings,inastep-bystepapproach:MessageManagement,LevelOneClassesandhowtheyarestructuredhierarchicallytoprovideafullmessage/informationapplicationmessagetogetherwiththeTPEGLocationReferencingsystem.
