【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesmethodsofmeas-uringandreportingshockandvibrationdataforshock-andvibration-sensitiveequipment(inoperatingandnon-operatingmodes)inbuildings.Theshockandvi-brationdataobtainedareusedtoestablishadatabase.Tofacilitatecomparisonofdata(e.g.comparisonofshockandvibrationlevelsmeasuredindifferentcoun-triesonequipmentfromdifferentmanufacturers),adatabasereportingsystemisdiscussed.Thereportingsystempresentedwillaidintheestablishmentoflim-itingvaluesforspecificequipmentandalsoforclassi-ficationoftheirenvironmentalconditions.ThetypesofshockandvibrationconsideredinthisIn-ternationalStandardarethosetransmittedfromfloors,tables,walls,ceilingsortheisolationsystemtoaunitofequipment.Thevibrationandshockresponseofindividualmechanicalorelectronicpartsinsidetheunitarenotconsidered.Theclassificationsystemofenvironmentalconditionsestablishedfromthedatabaseshouldserveasaguideforthosewhoconstruct,manufactureanduseshock-andvibration-sensitiveequipmentandforbuildingcontractors.Thetypesofsensitiveequipmentenvis-agedinclude:a)stationarycomputersystems(includingtheperi-pherals);b)stationarytelecommunicationequipment;c)stationarylaboratoryinstruments,suchaselec-tronmicroscopes,massspectrometers,gaschromatographs,lasersandX-rayapparatusofgeneralcharacter;d)mechanicalhigh-precisioninstruments(tools),suchasequipmentformicroelectronicproduc-tion;e)opticalhigh-precisioninstruments,photo-repro-ductioninstrumentsandE-beams;f)electromechanicalsystemsintraintrafficcontrolcentres;g)securityequipment(firedetection)andequipmentforaccesscontrol.ThetypesofshockandvibrationconsideredinthisInternationalStandardcanbegeneratedby:a)externalsources(e.g.trafficorbuildingandcon-structionactivitiessuchasblasting,pilingandvi-bratorycompaction);thevibrationresponsetosonicboomsandacousticexcitationsisalsoin-cluded;b)equipmentforindooruse,suchaspunchpresses,forginghammers,rotaryequipment(e.g.aircom-pressors,air-conditionerpumps)andheavyequipmenttransportedoroperatedinsideabuilding;c)humanactivitiesinconnectionwiththeserviceoroperationoftheequipment;d)naturalsources,suchasearthquakes,waterandwind;e)internalsources;i.e.vibrationgeneratedbytheequipmentitself.Thefrequencyrangeofinterestis0,5Hzto250Hz.(Thefrequencyrangeofinterestforearthquake-inducedvibrationis0,5Hzto35Hz.)Normallythedominantfrequenciesarelessthan100Hz,becausetheyrepresenttheresponseoftheelementsofthebuilding.Thevibrationamplitudeanddurationdependmainlyuponthesource,itsdistancefromthesensitiveequip-mentandtheresponseoftheelementsofthebuild-ingsupportingthesensitiveequipment.Expressedintermsofparticlevelocity,whichistheparameterusedcurrentlyinbuildingvibrationevaluation,thevaluesareintherangeof10m/sto2×10m/s.Thevibrationvaluesofinterestfortransientandcon-tinuousvibrationfromdifferentsourcesaregivenforinformationinannexB.
